field check.
Legend:
- White: These properties have not yet been inspected or appraised.
- Red: Appraisers are actively inspecting these properties in the field.
- Yellow: The field inspections are complete and ready for data entry.
- Blue: Appraisal data has been entered into the appraisal computer software.
- Green: Appraisal data has been reviewed for accuracy and uniformity.
